Your mission

Are you currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/master's degree in Supply chain, Operations, or Business and looking to gain experience as part of a global Operations team?
We are looking for a motivated Operations Working student to support our Logistics and Support/Service activities for the European market. This is a hands-on, operational role with exposure to a global organization, working closely with teams in the US and UK.

You will:
  • Support inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Track shipments and follow up on deliveries with logistics partners.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock monitoring, and discrepancies.
  • Assist with basic refurbishment of devices and quality checks.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Service and Support) across different regions.
  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with hands-on, operational tasks and daily execution.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up mindset.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially:
    1. Excel
    2. Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English.
  • Salesforce and SAP skills would be highly appreciated.
