What You'll Do
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose automation solutions
- Build and implement lightweight automations and AI-powered tools for the Channel Growth team
- Own small-to-medium projects from scoping through delivery — with real accountability
- Support the development and rollout of AI initiatives across the team and contribute to cross-functional visibility
- Research and evaluate AI tools and agentic frameworks relevant to our use cases (e.g., n8n, Make, LLM-based agents)
- Document solutions, create process overviews, and help the team build on what you create
- Collaborate with colleagues across Operations, Sales, and Tech to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- How to build agentic AI workflows and multi-step automation pipelines from scratch
- Real-world prompt engineering and LLM integration in a business context
- How channel sales operations work at a fast-growing B2B hardware company
- Project management in a lean, high-velocity environment
- How to communicate and present your work to senior stakeholders with impact
