At ProGlove, we create human-centered technology that helps people work more efficiently and intuitively. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain practical experience with real hardware and software products used by customers worldwide
  • See the direct impact of your work on product launches and the customer experience
  • Learn from experienced colleagues across technical and commercial teams
  • Build your technical-writing skills in an agile, international environment
  • Take meaningful ownership instead of only supporting administrative tasks
  • Work in a culture that values open communication, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning
  • Benefit from working hours designed to complement your university schedule
  • Contribute your perspective and ideas from the beginning, not only observe from the sidelines

What success looks like

  • Build trusted working relationships with colleagues across Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing
  • Independently manage clearly defined documentation tasks and reliably deliver high-quality content
  • Help ensure that new products and features are documented accurately and on time
  • Turn complex or incomplete technical input into clear, structured, and useful information
  • Actively seek feedback, apply what you learn, and continuously improve both the content and the way documentation is created
  • Identify documentation gaps and take initiative in proposing simple, practical improvements
  • Contribute to a consistent and user-friendly documentation experience across ProGlove products

Meet your team

You will be part of our agile Product & Engineering organization and collaborate closely with colleagues working across hardware, software, integrations, Product Management, and Product Marketing.

The team brings together different technical and professional perspectives, but shares one goal: creating products and information that solve real customer problems. You will be encouraged to ask questions, share your ideas, learn from experienced colleagues, and gradually take on greater ownership as your knowledge grows.
