We build smart wearable scanner solutions used by more than 2,000 industrial customers worldwide. Our products help frontline workers move faster, work smarter, and improve accuracy every day. At the core of everything we do is a simple idea: enable human-centered productivity. To meet the demands of fast-paced industrial environments—from warehouses to production lines—we build tightly integrated solutions across hardware, software, and services that require a highly skilled, cross-disciplinary team working in lockstep across products.
To make our hardware team a successful part of the solution, we are looking for someone who is able to not only manage a team, but provide real leadership: drive engagement, offer mentorship and guidance, and set exemplary standards for our culture and values.
In this role, you will shape and lead a high-performing hardware engineering team, fostering an open and transparent environment where expectations are clear, feedback flows both ways, and teammates actively support one another. You will drive strong engagement and motivation, creating a healthy level of urgency that helps the team deliver impactful results without compromising quality.
You will be accountable for the end-to-end execution of hardware development—from early architecture and design through validation and production—ensuring we build reliable, scalable, and cost-effective products. Working closely with product, program, and operations partners, you will turn ambitious ideas into concrete engineering plans and successful outcomes.
With strong system-level thinking, you will guide technical decisions across electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing domains while maintaining a high bar for rigor and accountability. You will also play a key role in evolving how we work—establishing effective processes, encouraging collaboration, and continuously improving the team’s performance through reflection and data.
As a leader, you will hire, mentor, and develop engineers, helping shape both the team and a culture where people feel ownership, trust, and shared responsibility for success.
