Your tasks: 

  • Drive and support cost-down initiatives across ProGlove’s supply chain, from component and supplier optimization to process improvements 
  • Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI)projects by coordinating supply chain readiness for new launches and engineering changes 
  • Analyze material, supplier, and process costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains
  • Support cross-functional projects involving Operations, Engineering, Product, Quality, and Procurement
  • Help improve and standardize supply chain and operational processes to increase transparency, scalability, and execution speed 
  • Track project progress, prepare decision-making materials, and support implementation of improvement initiatives 
  • Assist in supplier-related and internal coordination topics linked to product changes, industrialization, and ongoing optimization work 

Your profile

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • First practical experience through an internship, working student role, or university project in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, hands-on approach to problem solving 
  • Interest in electronics and hardware products, cross-functional project work, and operational improvement 
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortably taking ownership and driving topics independently from analysis through implementation
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) isa must; German is a plus
