Your tasks:
- Drive and support cost-down initiatives across ProGlove’s supply chain, from component and supplier optimization to process improvements
- Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI)projects by coordinating supply chain readiness for new launches and engineering changes
- Analyze material, supplier, and process costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains
- Support cross-functional projects involving Operations, Engineering, Product, Quality, and Procurement
- Help improve and standardize supply chain and operational processes to increase transparency, scalability, and execution speed
- Track project progress, prepare decision-making materials, and support implementation of improvement initiatives
- Assist in supplier-related and internal coordination topics linked to product changes, industrialization, and ongoing optimization work
