Your mission

As a Junior Marketing Manager at ProGlove, you will play a key role in building and scaling our digital marketing capabilities. You will support the execution of data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, helping to generate pipeline, increase brand visibility, and drive engagement with our target audiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious by default, thinks in systems rather than tasks, and sees AI as a core productivity multiplier, not a nice‑to‑have.
Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders, you will contribute to creating impactful campaigns and help shape the future of our digital marketing approach.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn (organic & paid), Google Ads, and other relevant channels
  • Support the development of SEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility and inbound traffic
  • Leverage AI tools and LLMs to scale content creation and campaign efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams to align campaigns with business priorities
  • Manage and coordinate campaign projects end-to-end (planning, execution, tracking, optimization)
  • Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to improve results
  • Contribute creative ideas and out-of-the-box approaches to drive engagement and differentiation
  • Support the continuous development of ProGlove’s digital marketing strategy

Your profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B
  • Hands-on experience with: 
    • LinkedIn (organic & paid)
    • Google Ads
    • SEO / GEO basics
  • Familiarity with AI tools / LLMs for marketing use cases is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think beyond standard approaches
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and other stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • German is a strong plus; additional languages are beneficial
