As an Implementation Consultant Warehouse 360 (all genders) you'll join our Product Team in Munich, Germany. You like to work independently, are interested in innovative technologies and want to contribute your experience to a fast-growing company? Then ProGlove is the place to be!

#TASKS  

Insight Warehouse 360 is ProGlove’s new solution designed to give unmatched insights into warehouse operations. It empowers operations and planning teams across the globe while making the daily work of warehouse employees easier and more efficient.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for integrating Warehouse 360 into our customers’ everyday workflows. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping customers solve real problems and excited by innovative technologies.
Your daily work will focus on the following areas:

• Implementation— Configure the Warehouse 360 Platform to support customer business processes and generate optimization recommendations. Setting up & integrating customer data systems with no-code tools
• Data Engineering— Clean and structure WMS data using SQL for reliable analysis
• Understand Customer Processes: To ensure customer success, you will get to explore their process and implement it in Warehouse 360, continuously updating their digital representation of the shopfloor
• Process Analysis— Analyze warehouse operations, identify bottlenecks, create actionable improvement plans together with industry solution experts
• Customer Success: Your main focus will be to support warehouse teams to get the most out of Warehouse 360, bringing the tool to warehouses around the world. To enable this, you’ll work with IT, WMS and Operations teams at companies, as
  well as ProGlove and Supplier engineering, product and implementation teams.

• 2-3 year relevant work experience (preferred: logistics, process consulting or industrial SaaS companies)
• Strong working knowledge in SQL and overall good technical understanding.
• Interest in business processes & optimization: you see the big picture, understand how data connects to real warehouse operations, and can spot the story behind the numbers.
• Drive to create customer value & happy to work with customers.
• You have a hands-on attitude — you debug, iterate, and ship working solutions.
• A strong plus are experience in project management and/or working with ERP/WMS systems
